Description

The Soft Edge 100 lounge chair by HAY, designed by Iskos-Berlin, features an organically shaped seat and backrest that blend strong curves with extreme lightness, creating a minimalist design that optimises comfort. The lounge version shares the family’s distinctive shapes in a lower, wider form suited to relaxed sitting.

The seat and back are moulded plywood with an interior veneer in beech and top and bottom veneers in oak, finished with 10mm PU foam for comfort. The stackable steel base reinforces the lightweight, streamlined aesthetic, with the strength and capacity to withstand years of daily use. The Soft Edge 100 is also available with an upholstered seat or fully upholstered, in a wide range of fabrics.

Versatile and hard-wearing, the Soft Edge 100 lounge chair suits cafes, offices, waiting rooms and home environments alike.
