On Friday, 30 May 2025, our team gathered in Platres for our annual company day. This is a day we set aside every year to step back from our day-to-day responsibilities and focus on our people. It’s not just a tradition, but an essential part of how we operate. Throughout the day, we took part in shared activities like team cooking and collaborative challenges that encouraged communication across departments. These moments allow us to strengthen our internal culture, build trust, and ensure that everyone feels valued and connected to the broader mission of the company.
