The Silence Loft Fire-Resistant partition system unites an elegant, industrial loft aesthetic with certified fire safety, giving the characteristic muntin-divided look of loft glazing in a wall that also protects against fire. It is a unique solution for interiors that want the warmth of loft styling without sacrificing compliance.

The double-glazed structure uses perimeter profiles 30mm high and 78mm deep, with muntin profiles 38mm high that can be arranged in any pattern to create distinctive, bespoke glazing layouts. Frame profiles can be open or closed with visible or concealed hinges, and an installation post can be placed on the frame profile. This construction ensures an EI30/EW30 fire rating — thirty minutes of integrity and insulation — while delivering high acoustic performance from Rw 42dB up to Rw 47dB. A partition in this system can reach a height of up to 3100mm.
