Description

The Bertoia Stool by Harry Bertoia for Knoll is a sculptural study in space, form and metal, carrying the airy geometric presence of Bertoia’s celebrated 1952 wire collection into bar and counter heights. Crafted from welded steel rods, it is at once lightweight and durable, with a visually transparent form that enhances rather than crowds its surroundings.

The stool is offered with a wire seat or a moulded shell. Wire-frame versions accept a removable cover in a range of Knoll Textiles, while the shell can be specified with a leather-cushioned design in Spinneybeck leathers. The welded-steel base is available in polished or satin chrome and in powder-coat finishes, with plastic glides on the sled base to protect floors. The Knoll logo is stamped into the base.

Available in counter and bar heights and GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified, the Bertoia Stool suits cafes, breakout bars and reception perches where iconic design matters.
